CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Once your booking is confirmed and payment has been made, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. However, we do offer the option to reschedule under the following conditions:

  • Rescheduling within 72 Hours: You may reschedule your booking for a $300 fee if the request is made within 72 hours of your scheduled rental time.
  • Rescheduling with More than 72 Hours Notice: There is no fee if you reschedule with more than 72 hours notice. All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via text or email, including your preferred new date and time, and are subject to availability.

Please note that your rescheduling request must be verified and confirmed before the 72-hour mark prior to your original booking. Availability of the boat and crew must be confirmed for the new date and time. Once the rescheduling is accepted, no further changes can be made.

  • Reschedule Validity: You can reschedule your booking for up to 1 year from the original date. Changes beyond one year from the original rental date will not be accepted.

Late Arrivals and No Shows If you fail to arrive for your scheduled rental or do not reschedule in advance, the value of your booking will be forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered. Late arrivals will not receive extra time, and no refunds will be provided. Cancellations Due to Severe Weather In the event of a named storm, as declared by the National Hurricane Center, you may reschedule your experience at no additional charge. If your booking is canceled due to severe weather at the discretion of the boat captain, you will receive a full refund. If you have any questions about our cancellation and rescheduling policy, please contact us for more information.

Weather Conditions

Miami has a tropical climate, and occasional rain showers are common. Please note that bookings cannot be canceled due to weather conditions (no rain checks) unless there is a named storm, as mentioned above. Most of our vessels are equipped with XM Weather technology, allowing us to navigate around rain cells when it’s safe to do so.

Passenger Capacity

In compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations, all privately owned yachts for Bareboat Charters in the United States are limited to a maximum of 12 passengers, plus crew. This rule is enforced under the Passenger Vessel Safety Act of 1993. No exceptions can be made, regardless of the size of the vessel or the age of the passengers. Every individual onboard, including infants, counts toward the 13-passenger limit.
